The neatest thing about your investing in real estate, has been your foresight in getting all of them paid for, so that you now own them free-and-clear, and they now provide you with an on-going “cash flow” income every month. You have now completely recovered the return of your investment dollars that you used to purchase these properties, which means that you now have an INFINITE return on your real estate investments here. (0-amount-invested, divided by any-amount-of-return, = infinity!)
I have heard some people refer to this type of real-estate investment as a "cash cow" because, although you do have to tend and feed it some, it renders you a very rich and creamy "milk" that is very sweet.
